GRADE FT 600

This powder has a substantially lower than the standard grade distribution and a very fine particle size and, thus, used in the preparation of paints, a direct competitor of a micronized mica, it provides all the benefits of a Wet Ground in size equal to the previous one. Approval was given to us by GOODYEAR for the incorporation of this quality in the formulation of the phlogopite.

Is also used in amyl styrenes.

GRADE 315

It is a powder that unlike the standard has a very high density. It is primarily intended for incorporation in a higher percentage, as an inert filler dry chemical.

Developed recently by our company, it meets the current demands of powerful powders.

GRADE 700 AND 1000

Derived from manufacturing, these two qualities have followed a different manufacturing process, giving them a special appearance and smoothness. Due to their bright, reflective of their high lubricity (free abrasiveness) are widely used by cosmeticians for the manufacture of creams, foundation, blush and eye shadow.

Our manufacturing process after a natural heat treatment, giving them a place in this area (absence of bacteria and fungi).

Our customers are currently providing the majority of Europeans Laboratories.

Grades are also used in pharmacy as a lubricant of different latex articles.

Because of their great finesse, the manufacturers have developed high performance electric nail from these qualities and clothing thin rubber protection resistant to gas permeation.

Particular product: phlogopite mica powder

We also produce an original product: powder phlogopite.

The manufacturing process is the same as that of muscovite and grades available.

This product is light gray, slightly shining.

Its cost is lower than the muscovite for all grades.

INDUSTRIAL GRADE

These grades are packaged in 4-ply paper bags of 25 kgs each sewn, can demand be palletized and encased. It is fully recyclable packaging.

For quantities of up to 700 kgs, can packaging Big Bag polypropylene.

We offer a choice of "Euro" unrecorded 80 cm X 120 cm 750 kg wooden pallets, are 22500 kgs on pallets or truckload of pallets SCIAMA not recorded 115 cm X 150 cm 1 tonne are 16 tons per truckload.

GRADES COSMETICS

These 700 and 1000 grades are packaged in sealed plastic know a cardboard container, too airtight and light, closed by an adhesive tape, a weight of 25 kg net. (Max. 300 kg per pallet).

This quality is sterilized by Gamma Ray.
